摘    要:动臂是机械式挖掘机工作装置的重要组成部分,如何减轻动臂质量是挖掘机结构设计中最为关注的问题。动臂结构复杂,利用传统的高精度仿真模型进行仿真优化需要耗费大量的时间和精力。我们以太原重工WK-55型机械式挖掘机动臂为研究对象,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ANSYS建立动臂参数化模型,对其进行静力学分析。选取动臂上翼板、腹板和下翼板厚度作为轻量化的优化设计变量,利用代理模型技术对结构进行优化。结果表明,在动臂结构满足刚度、强度要求的情况下,质量减小了3.5%。证明代理模型优化方法对动臂轻量化设计具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Boom is the major part of working device of mechanical excavator.How to reduce the weight of boom is one of the key problems of mechanical excavator structure design. The structure of boom is complex,Direct conduction of high accuracy FEM analysis for simulation optimization is extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive. By taking the boom of TZ WK-55 mechanical excavator as the research object, SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS were used to build the parameterized model of boom, and the Static Analysis of boom was completed. Choosing the thickness of the upper flange slab of boom, the web of boom and the lower flange slab of boom as optimal design variables for the lightweight design of boom, surrogate model technology was used to optimize the structure of boom. Results indicate that the mass of boom is reduced 3.5% satisfying its stiffness and strength requirement. Results demonstrate that optimization method based on surrogate model has certain guiding meaning for the lightweight design of the boom.
