| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨局部使用bFGF治疗烧伤残余创面的疗效。方法：全组64例患者，其中bFGF组20例，对照组16例；自身对照组28例，比较残余创面平均愈合速度。结果：应用bFGF患者的残余创面较非使用者愈合快。结论：在综合治疗烧伤残余创面的基础上，局部应用bFGF可促进创面愈合，是有一定潜力的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of bFGF on burn residual wound healing.Methods:Sixty four patients with burn residual wound were randomly divied into 2 grorps,20 cases treated with bFGF,16 cases as control,and other 28 cases treated with bFGF and as control themselves.Results:Those who were treated with bFGF recovered sooner than those in control group.Conclusion:Based on the comprehensive treatment,burn residual wound can be rapidly healed by using bFGF. |
