| 摘 要： | 目的探讨D-二聚体水平与N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者外周血中的变化,为二者在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的应用提供依据。方法选择80例入院检查治疗患者,其中ACS患者60例,对照组20例。所有研究对象于入院时即刻抽静脉血行常规检查以及血浆D-二聚体、NT-proBNP检测,统计学分析血浆D-二聚体与NT-proBNP两者间的相关性。结果血浆D-二聚体、NT-proBNP水平在ACS发生时明显升高（P〈0.01）,两者间明显正相关（r=0.686,P〈0.01）。结论 ACS患者血浆D-二聚体水平与NT-proBNP水平密切相关,联合检测血浆D-二聚体和NT-proBNP在急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断中具有潜在的应用价值。
