| 摘 要： | 本文提出了EMD的一种新用法,该用法可以对非平稳信号进行低通滤波处理,为了论述其方法的可行性,文章首先较详细的介绍了EMD分解法,在此基础上从理论上论述了EMD的低通滤波原理,并用一组石家庄逐月降水距平数据（从1951年至2002年共52年的观测数据）对其进行了进一步的论证,得到了令人满意的结果。该滤波技术可以克服传统滤波器在处理非平稳信号时的信号畸变问题。

| Abstract: | The Hilbert-Huang transform is more accueate methods for analysing non- stationary data .It has been developed by Norden E. Huan and others in 1996.The method consists of two part:(1)the empirical mode decomposition (EMD),and (2) the Hilbert spectral analysis.In this paper , the EMD is introducted .Then,a new way by using the EMD is gived . It is the EMD low pass filtered data. In the end, The low pass filtering is demonstrated by a atmospheric time series. |
