儿童原发免疫性血小板减少症伴幽门螺杆菌感染的研究

目的探讨原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)伴幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染患儿的临床特征及二者关系。方法随机选取2013年6月至2016年6月我院收治的原发ITP伴HP感染患儿50例,随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。其中对照组患儿给予激素治疗,治疗组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上给予HP根治治疗。观察并对比两组患者治疗后HP的根除率以及治疗疗效。结果治疗组与对照组患儿在治疗后HP感染情况均较治疗前有显著降低,且治疗组HP根除情况优于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗均有效,且治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 HP感染与儿童原发ITP的发生密切相关,对患儿进行HP的根治治疗可以进一步改善患儿的治疗疗效。

The Study Relationship Between the Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia and Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Children

Objective To explore the observation of clinical characteristics and the relationship between the primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)and helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in children.Methods 50 patients with primary ITP and HP infection were treated from June 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital,were randomly and equally selected into observation group (n =25)and control group (n =25).Patients in control group were treated with hormone therapy.Patients in observation group were given anti-HP radical treatment on the basis of control group therapy.The eradication rate,treatment effect.Results The HP infection after treatment in the observation group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P ＜ 0.05).The two groups of patients were effective treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion HP infection is closely related to the children with primary ITP,given anti-HP radical treatment can further improve the treatment efficacy.
