摘    要:目的观察大豆卵磷脂改善记忆的作用。方法通过跳台实验、避暗实验及水迷宫试验,对喂饲大豆卵磷脂高、中、低三种剂量的小鼠记忆改善情况进行观察。结果对动物的被动回避反应及空间辨别能力的记忆获得有改善作用。结论大豆卵磷脂具有改善记忆的功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of soybean lecithin on improving the memory of mice. Methods Avoiding darkness, jumping stair and water-maze experiments were conducted in animals,the effect of soybean lecithin with three different doses on the memory of mice was observed. Results Compared with control group,the memory of mice in higher dose group was improved. Conclusion The memory of mice fed with soybean lecithin has been improved.
