摩根控制冷却技术在天钢高速线材轧机中的应用

摩根公司自90年代以来,已向中国提供五套高技术线材轧机。天钢高速线材轧机是其中第一套。天钢高线自1995年投产以来,迄今已生产50万吨以上的高碳优质线材,成为中国大直径高碳线材的主要供应者。 文章总结了对摩根控冷工艺装备的在线技术参数测试、控冷曲线测定和产品力学性能的统计分析,结果表明产品力学性能和均匀性达到摩根公司的合同保证值、工艺和设备技术参数设计要求。

Application of Morgan cold controlling techique in High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Tiangang

Morgan has supplied five installations of up - to - date high technology wire rod mill to China since the beginning of the 90' s in which Tianjin High Speed Wire Rod Mill (THSWRM)was the first that has produced large sizes of high carbon wire rod in quantities up to 500 thousand tons since the mill starting up in 1995. THSWTM has been the main supplier for large size high carbon wire rod in Chinaa.This paper summarized the determined conclusion for Morgan controlled cooling system on the technical date of process and products. The conclusion proves that mechanical properties and uniformity of products have achieved the expected parameters in the contract, the process and equipment of cooling system are in accord with Morgan' s design requirements.
