| 摘 要： | 装备采购效益是装备采购活动效果的综合评价指标。为提高军事装备采购效益，分析了现行成本价格模式的弊端，介绍了激励机制的产生及目标，建立了装备采购效益和装备采购激励价格模型，对研究装备采购价格模式具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of equipment procurement is a synthetic index to evaluate the result of equipment procurement. In order to improve the efficiency of equipment procurement, the paper analyses the malpractices of current price mode, introduces the reasons for the emergence of incentive mechanism and its targets, and founds some models for efficiency and incentive price of equipment procurement, which has determined reference value to research price mode of equipment procurement. |
