摘    要:针对在起重机初期设计阶段由于实验数据短缺而难以快速准确地预测结构疲劳寿命的难题,依据IIW标准,应用热点应力法,用Marc进行桥式起重机主梁焊缝有限元应力分析.分析结果表明,应用热点应力法和有限元分析相结合的方法计算焊缝疲劳寿命简单可行,可实现在产品设计阶段有效地预测焊缝应力的分布,降低焊缝应力峰值,从而可有效地防止或延缓局部焊缝开裂现象发生.

Abstract:During the initial design stage of bridge crane, it is difficult to predict the structure fatigue life rapidly and accurately due to the experimental data shortage. According to the IIW standard, using hot spot stress method, the finite element stress analysis is performed on the main girder of a bridge crane by Marc. The analysis results show that it is easy and feasible to calculate weld fatigue life using hot spot stress method combined with finite element analysis. The method can implement the effective prediction of weld stress distribution, reduce weld stress peak value, and further prevent or delay the occurrence of local weld cracking effectively.
