沙钢板坯连铸机中间包内型结构优化及在生产中的应用

摘    要:通过中间包水模试验,对沙钢(江苏省沙钢集团有限公司)板坯连铸中间包内型及湍流控制器的结构进行优化.查清了沙钢板坯连铸中间包流场存在的问题,确定出最佳中间包内型和湍流控制器结构,采用中间包内型优化结构水模试验时,响应时间、平均停留时间明显增加,死区体积分数减小,混合流体积分数增加,这有利于原型钢水中夹杂物上浮分离.经生产检验,采用中间包内型优化方案(优化挡墙 湍流控制器),提高铸坯内在质量效果显著,为生产优质钢创造有利条件.

Abstract:By means of tundish water modeling, the tundish inner profile and structure of turbulence suppressor was optimized for Sha-Steel. The existent problems of the tundish flow fied were clarified, the best tundish inner profile and turbulence suppressor structure were determined. During the experiment, the response time and mean residence time increased evidently, the volume fraction of dead zones decreased, the volume fraction of mixing flow zones increased. This is favorable for the inclusions to float up. The practical application indicates that the inner profile optimization (including the optimized weir and the turbulence inhibitor) has a distinct promotion to the slab quality and makes a favorable condition for production of high quality steels.
