| 摘 要： | 石油工程企业大多建立了质量管理体系,并通过了ISO 9001质量管理体系认证,这为石油工程企业强化质量管理体系内审打下了良好的基础。要抓住当前和今后一个时期油价持续高位运行的大好机遇,就要加强质量管理体系的运行,认清企业内审现状,加强审核人才管理,培养作风优良、技术过硬的高素质企业内审人才队伍,努力提高企业竞争实力,为大力拓展国际市场、为企业又好又快的科学发展打下坚实的质量管理基础。
