处置电子废弃物的循环经济理念

本文在对循环经济的产生背景、定义及其原则进行剖析后，认为循环经济是适应可持续发展的一种经济模式。面对我国电子废弃物处置的现状，提出运用循环经济理念来处置电子废弃物，在电子废弃物的生产阶段，充分贯彻清洁生产原则，在电子产品的整个生命周期都要充分贯彻3R原则。同时提出电子废弃物的处置要在循环经济的理念下做好两方面的工作：建立合理有效的回收体系和明确处置责任主体，这样才能有效遏制电子废弃物给人类和环境所带来的危机。

Disposing Electronic Wastes with the Idea of Circular Economy

Having analyzed the background,definition and principles of circular economy,the paper indicated circular economy was an economic mode of adapting to the sustainable development.Facing the fact of disposing electronic wastes in our country,the paper brought forward the idea of circular economy and the principles of Cleaner Production during the period of electronic wastes production,and that the principles of 3R should be performed in the course of electronic products lifecycle.The paper also suggested to build the reasonable reclamation system and responsible bodies to dispose electronic wastes.
