近期我国页岩气勘探开发进展与存在问题

我国页岩气勘探开发尚处于初级阶段,系统总结已有经验与存在问题,对于我国页岩气长远发展至关重要。本文系统梳理了我国页岩气的发展历程、资源潜力、开发进展、技术突破等方面的工作进展,剖析了当前面临的地质调查程度偏低、适用性技术缺乏、面临全新的环境压力、企业进入动力不足、市场与监管不完善、资料公开不够等问题,最后提出了深化油气管理体制改革、建立透明的矿权招投标市场、加强技术推广与信息公开的对策建议。

Shale gas exploration and development in China: Progress and issues

The exploration and development of shale gas in China is still at primary stage, it is virtual to summarize the experiences and problems to the shale gas substantial development in China. This paper analyzed systematically the progress of the shale gas E&D history, the resource potential assessment, the technical breakthrough, and the problems such as the low degree of geologic survey, lacking suitable technology, new environmental pressure, and the enterprises not participant, the market regulator inadequate, the material opening to public not enough.
