| 摘 要： | 目的建立湿热痹片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以C18（250×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈-1%磷酸溶液（46：54）（每100ml中加入十二烷基磺酸钠0.10g）为流动相;检测波长为265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.01009-0.4034μg·ml-1,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998（n=6）;平均回收率：98.3%,RSD=0.44%（n=6）。结论本法简便、准确,可用于湿热痹颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shirebi tablets.Methods A HPLC method was established by using C18 column（250×4.6mm,5μm）,with acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid（46：54）（to each of 100ml add 0.10g of sodium dodecylsulfonate）as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 265nm.Results There was a good linear relationship of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 0.01009-0.4034μg·ml-1（r=0.9998,n=6）;the average recovery was 98.3%,RSD=0.44%（n=6）.Conclusions The method is simple and accurate,and it can be used for quality control of Shirebi tablets. |
