摘    要:介绍了一种基于激光光幕测速原理的新型测速系统,利用固联在运动物体上的参考齿形挡光板、一对激光发射/接收装置和大缓冲容量、大动态范围的高速计数电路,在制动行程内,实现运动物体从较高初速至准静态的全过程速度测量.介绍了测速系统的工作原理和硬件设计,并进行了误差分析.现场试验的结果证明该方法能对准静态速度至65 m/s的速度范围进行准确测量.在齿形板齿间距3mm情况下最高速段能保证200个测量脉冲,测时误差最大为0.125 μs.高速段测速误差在0.833%以内,低速段误差在0.334%以内.

Abstract:A novel velocity measuring system based on laser screen is introduced.By using a tooth-type bar fixed on the moving object,a pair of laser diode/photodiode and a high-speed counting circuit with large dynamic range and buffer capacity,the system realizes the whole process measuring of the moving object with the velocity from high to quasi-static.The working principle and hardware designing are introduced.In-depth analysis of errors is performed also.The field test results show that the system can accurately...
