| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高校师资队伍的重要力量。加强青年教师培养,建立科学合理的培养模式是师资队伍建设的重要任务。通过分析构建青年教师培养模式的必要性,对高等学校青年教师培养工作进行了探索,提出了基于培训学校的青年教师培养模式。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are an important force of the teaching staff in colleges and universities.Strengthening the cultivation of young teachers and establishing a scientific training mode are the important tasks of the faculty organization.According to the analysis of the necessity of building the training patterns of young teachers,a training pattern for young college teachers based on training school is proposed by exploring the previous training work. |
