摘    要:江汉油田钻井用饱和复合盐钻井液对钻具的腐蚀相当严重。研究了江汉油田常用钻井液处理剂和pH值对钻具腐蚀的影响,评价了5种缓蚀剂的抗氧、抗温及抗复合盐性能。由缓蚀剂TFC与TFE复配组成的复合缓蚀剂DFP具有良好的除氧、抗温、抗复合盐性能。经在两口试验井中应用表明,0.2%DFP防腐钻井液防腐效果明显,缓蚀率在8424以上;从井内起出的钻具表面光亮,在钻台停放12d不生锈。

Abstract:Serious corrosion problems are found in the using of drilling fluid system containing compound salt in Jianghan oil field. The influence of mud additive and pH value on corrosion of drilling tools in this drilling fluid system are analysed. The properties of 5 corrosion inhibitors are evaluated. Corrosion inhibitor DFP made of TFC and TFE is optimized to add into this system (the dosage is 0. 2%). Applications in 2 wells indicate that DFP possesses good oxidation resistance , temperature tolerance and salt resistance. The rate of corrosion inhibition has reached 84%.
