| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、录像解析法、数理统计法等方法，通过对2006年第9届健美操世锦赛女单冠军和中国女单比赛套路中难度动作的分析探讨，从所选难度的组别、所选难度的级别、难度动作的整体分布来进行对比分析。结果表明：中国女单运动员所选难度动作组别和冠军选手差别不大；难度动作级别与国外选手尚有一定差距，难度动作在整套动作中的分布合理；难度动作组合利用稍高于冠军选手。
