摘    要:本文叙述了一种丙烯酸系高分子界面活性剂在新闻纸上采用外添型表面涂布法的过程、结果与意义。 研究结果表明,增强剂用量为纸重的0.4~0.5%时,纸的表面强度获得明显提高(IGT提高43.5%)。纸的机械性和印刷性良好。因此,这种高分子界面活性剂用作新闻纸等的增强剂,不论在施加方法或技术上都是可行的。同时,也说明这是解决用白杨等次等材代替白松制造符合技术要求的新闻纸的重要途径。增强剂的研究处于国外先进国家六十年代末的水平。本研究有新的进展,属于新型增强剂,其性能达到国内外同类先进产品的基本要求。

Abstract:The process and result, whereby one kind of acrylic acid series polymeric surfactant is applied to the production of newsprint as a surface-daubing method, is described in this thesis. The mechanical and printing properties of the newsprint are fine. The result of research indicates that the surface strength of newsprint is obviously increased when the weight of reinforcing agent is 0.4-0.5% that of newsprint. Therefore, It is feasible that the polymeric surfactant can be used as reinforcing agent of newsprint. It is also a way to resolve the problem of how to produce newsprint that is up to standard in strength using some second-class timbers such as-whit poplar instead of white pine. So for, the studies on reinforcing agent is as much level as other advanced counting in the end of 1960s. This research has had great strides. And it is a ne w tyre reinforcing agent.After that, thein properties has reached basic requir ement which similar advanced produce has reached at home and abroad.
