AFP、AFP-L3、GP73联合检测在肝癌诊断中的应用

目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体-L3(AFP-L3)、高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)联合检测对于肝癌患者的诊断价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测肝癌(38例)、肝脏良性疾病(40例)及健康体检者(40例)血清中AFP、AFP-L3及GP73的含量,并进行比较。结果肝癌患者组血清中的AFP、AFP-L3及GP73含量高于肝脏良性疾病组和健康对照组(P<0.05),三者联合检测的特异度和灵敏度优于单独检测,分别为91.38%、88.56%。结论联合检测AFP、AFP-L3及GP73对于肝癌患者具有较好的诊断价值。

Application of Combined Detection of AFP,AFP-L3,GP73 in the Diagnosis of Hepatic Cancer

Objective To investigate the application value of detection AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to detect AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 level of serum in hepatocellular carcinoma patients(38 cases),benign liver disease(40 cases)and healthy people(40 cases),and comparison was done.Results The serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 levels in hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those of patients with benign liver diseases and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combination test of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73,were 88.56% and 91.38%.Conclusion Combination test of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 has good diagnosis value for hepatocellular carcinoma.
