| 摘 要： | 5．12地震后，使四川省多数城市及农村房屋遭到了毁灭性的破坏，彭州市作为本次地震的重灾区之一，也不例外，部分镇区及农村房屋损坏较为严重。文章针对彭州市城市及农村房屋特点，分析房屋的受损原因及加固措施建议。
