Diagnoses and treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease from whole and microcosmic

Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common and difficult disease in clinic, which is difficult to treat. The course of the disease is lingering and easy to repeat. The characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has become an important innovative means. Through many years of clinical practice, on the whole, the common method and the modified method are used together, the conventional method is used to treat the fundamental problems, and the modified method is used flexibly to enhance the curative effect. We also used the morphology of mucosa under gastroscope for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and devoted to the academic thought of TCM, referring to the theory of Western medicine. The concept of "internal and external" is used to improve the clinical efficacy, prevent recurrence and improve the quality of life of patients. This paper expounds the application of the theory of holistic differentiation and microscopic differentiation in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.
