| 摘 要： | 本文用间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测６０例不孕症者血清抗子宫膜抗体，阳性率为３８．３％，其中，５１例不明原因的不孕者血清ＥＭＡｂ阳性率为３７．２％，９例人流后不孕者血清ＥＭＡｂ阳性率为４４．４％。３０例健康孕妇血清ＥＭＡｂ无１例阳性，结果提示，ＥＭＡｂ的检测对不孕症的诊断及病因学研究具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | The serum antiendometrial antibodies(EMAb) in 60 patients with infertility were determined by ELISA,the results showed that the total positive rate was 38,3%(23/60).Among the 60 cases,51 cases were infertility ofunknown origin and 9 infertility after induced abortion,the positive rates were 37.3%(19/51)and 44.4%(4/9)re-spectively,whereas EMAb was absent in the sera of normal pregnant women. It suggested that EMAb have greatreferential value for the diagnosis and etiological study of infertility. |
