| 摘 要： | 近年来,农村生活污染物排放量不断增加,而为农村生活污染防治提供技术支撑的农村生活污染防治技术管理体系尚未建立.需要加快建立包括农村生活污染防治技术政策、污染防治最佳可行技术指南和工程技术规范等技术指导文件、农村生活污染防治技术评估体系及农村生活污染防治技术示范推广体系的农村生活污染防治技术管理体系.
