国际区域经济合作下云南高校人才培养的创新模式研究——以云南高校商科专业人才培养的创新模式为例

云南地处我国对东亚、南亚等经济合作圈的前沿,在国际区域经济合作圈的形成及发展的推动下,以地方特色经济参与国际经济交往具有得天独厚的优势,由于云南地处我国边陲内陆,山区广大,教育落后,人才匮缺,尤其是高等教育人才十分贫瘠,为适应国际区域经济合作形势的需求,云南高校需要培养大量的地方经济管理应用型人才和国际业务开拓与管理的高级人才。本文以云南商科专业为例,对云南高校的人才培养创新模式进行研究,并提出进一步拓展云南高校人才培养创新模式的构想,以解决云南经济发展的人才缺乏问题,并提升云南高校的国际化办学水平,促进云南高校实现更大的社会效益。

The Study of Creative Model for Talent Training in Yunnan′s Colleges underInternational Regional Economic Cooperation——Taking for Example the Creative Model for Commercial Talents Training in Yunnan′s Colleges

Yunnan province lies in the front of economy cooperation circle in East Asia and South Asia.With the formation and development of international regional economic cooperation circle,the Province participates in international economic communication with its local characteristics and advantages.As Yunnan lies in the border of the mainland,with enormous mountain areas,its education lags behind so that it is short of advanced educational talents.To adapt to the international regional economic cooperation,it is important for the colleges of Yunnan to train more practical talents and internationally advanced business development and management talents.This article takes Yunnan commercial career as an example and studies the creative model of talent training in Yunnan′s colleges.It puts forward proposals for a creative model of talent training so as to solve the problems of shortage in talents and to strengthen the internationalization level and to realize greater social profit on the part of Yunnan′s colleges.
