桃红四物汤对OVCF患者PVP术后腰背功能及骨密度水平的影响

目的观察桃红四物汤加减方对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(Osteoporotic vertebal compression fractures,OVCF)患者经皮穿刺椎体成形术(Percutaneous vertebro plasty,PVP)术后腰背功能及骨密度水平的影响。方法按随机数字表法将110例OVCF患者分成对照组、试验组各55例。分别给予单纯PVP手术治疗及PVP联合桃红四物汤加减方治疗方案。观察术前及术后2个月时2组患者中医症状积分、ODI评分、VAS评分、血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平变化,比较术后2个月内2组患者并发症发生情况差异。结果术后2个月时,2组患者各中医症状积分、ODI和VAS评分均较术前显著降低,且试验组明显低于同一时间对照组(均P<0.05);2组患者BALP和BGP水平均较治疗前显著升高,且试验组明显高于同一时间对照组(均P<0.05)。术后2个月内,2组患者并发症总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加减方联合PVP方案能有效改善OVCF患者症状,缓解疼痛感,促进功能恢复,利于增强成骨细胞活性。

Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Low Back Function and Bone Mineral Density of Patients with OVCF after PVP

Objective To observe the effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction on low back function and bone mineral density of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods 110 patients with OVCF were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.They were given PVP surgery alone and PVP combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction respectively.Changes in TCM symptom scores,degree of dysfunctionOswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)],pain degreeVisual Analogue Score(VAS)]and bone metabolism indexesserum bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),bone gla protein(BGP)]were observed.The occurrence of complications within 2 months after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results At 2 months after surgery,scores of TCM symptoms and scores of ODI and VAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery.Besides,the scores of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).Levels of BALP and BGP in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of complications between the two groups within 2 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with PVP can effectively improve symptoms,relieve pain,and promote functional recovery of OVCF patients,and it is conductive to enhancing osteoblast activity.
