加强预见性护理对老龄重症患者压疮程度的改善效果

目的探讨加强预见性护理对老龄重症患者压疮程度的改善效果。方法将本院2020年1月至2020年5月收治250例老龄重症患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(125例)和观察组(125例)。对照组给予常规压疮预防护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强预见性护理干预。比较两组护理干预效果。结果干预1周后,观察组Braden各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,首发时间晚于对照组,且Ⅰ期压疮率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤感染、疼痛发生率均低于对照组,ICU住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用在老龄重症患者压疮预防护理中,可有效降低患者压疮及其他并发症发生率,缩短ICU住院时间,提升患者护理满意度。

Effect of strengthening predictive nursing on the improvement of pressure ulcer degree in elderly patients with severe diseases

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening predictive nursing on the improvement of pressure ulcer degree in elderly patients with severe diseases.Methods From January 2020 to May 2020,250 elderly patients with severe diseases admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(125 cases)and observation group(125 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine preventive nursing of pressure ulcer,and the observation group strengthened predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After one week of intervention,the scores of Braden in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the first discovery time was later than that in the control group,the rate of stageⅠpressure ulcer was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of skin infection and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the length of ICU stay was shorter than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing applied in the prevention and nursing of pressure ulcer of elderly patients with severe diseases can effectively reduce the incidences of pressure ulcer and other complications,shorten the length of ICU stay,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
