| 摘 要： | 报告重症联合免疫缺陷病三例尸检资料。年龄为8月、3月及10月,两例合并输血后移植物抗宿主病,一例合并全身性巨细胞病毒感染。三例胸腺均发育不良,全身淋巴组织及淋巴器官均发育不全。结合文献讨论了本症临床病理有关问题。

| Abstract: | This paper reports three autopsies with severe combined immunodeficiency, aged 3, 8, and 10 months oid respectively. Two were affected with blood transfusion and graft versus host reaction; one with general infection of macrophagocyte virsus. All the thymus did not develop well, general lymph tissues and organs developed uncompletely. The paper disscused the clinical problems with the literature concerned. |
