| 摘 要： | 以高科技企业成长机制分析为主要内容,从高科技企业成长的动力因素、质量变化、能力体现和阶段演进等四个不同的维度视角,构建更为完善的高科技企业成长机制分析框架,系统剖析高科技企业成长因素作用机制。提炼影响高科技企业成长的关键要素与动力因素,反映高科技企业成长的质量变化,凸显高科技企业成长的能力体现,体现高科技企业成长的阶段演进。

| Abstract: | Refer to the literature at home and broad,the research on high-tech enterprise growth is summarized,from the angles of the influence factors,growth mode and growth mechanism. Then,the analysis framework of the growth mechanism for high-tech enterprise is given from different angles,such as power factors,quality changing, ability reflection and stage evolution, to analyze the growth mechanism for high-tech enterprise systematically,including refining the key factors of influencing high-tech enterprise growth,reflecting the quality changing of high-tech enterprise growth,highlighting the ability of high-tech enterprise growth,and reflecting the stage evolution of high-tech enterprise growth. |
