常山提取物与西药联合用药对鸡球虫病的疗效试验

为探索常山提取物与西药联合用药对鸡球虫病的治疗效果,采用人工接种混合球虫孢子化卵囊诱发鸡球虫病的方法,进行常山提取物与西药联合用药和常山提取物、西药单独用药疗效对比试验,结果表明,常山提取物分别与西药妥曲珠利、马杜拉霉素、磺胺喹恶啉联合用药的抗球虫效果显著,雏鸡增重率分别为100.3%、97.1%和92.3%,抗球虫指数(ACI)分别为185.7、181.2和175.9,均高于4种药物单独用药的抗球虫效果,说明常山提取物与西药联合用药是一种较理想的抗鸡球虫方案。该研究为常山提取物与西药联合用药治疗鸡球虫病的临床应用提供了科学依据。

Curative effect experiment of Changshan extract combined with Western medicine on chicken coccidiosis

In order to test the curative effect of Changshan extract combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chicken coccidiosis,comparative experiments were done to test the effects of Changshan extract combined with Western medicine,Changshan extract and Western medicine used respectively in the treatment of chicken coccidiosis induded by inoculated mixed coccidia spores oocysts.From the research,it might conclude that significant effects were emerged when Changshan extract combined with Toltrazuril,Madura ADM or Sulfaquinoxaline.Weigh gains were 100.3 %,97.1 % and 92.3% while ACI were 185.7,181.2,175.9,which were all higher than these four drugs used,respectively.That means Changshan extract combined with Western medicine is a more ideal strategy in the treatment of chicken coccidiosis.At the same time,this research has provided theoretical support for the application of Changshan extract combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chicken coccidiosis.
