| 摘 要： | 概述了小波变换编码的基本方法，根据工业电视图像的特征，提出了一种在工业电视图像压缩中基于公共知识库和小波变换的混合编码方法，并对其关键技术－利用一维小波变换实现图像压缩进行了实验验证。理论研究和试验表明，该方法具有译码图像质量好、算法简单、抗信道误码能力强等优点，具有一定的理论价值和实用性。

| Abstract: | The basic method of wavelet transform was described. According to the feature of industrial TV image, a hybrid coding method of the public knowledge database and the wavelet in image was put forward. The key technology using the wavelet transformation to realize image compression was testified by experiment. It is indicated by the theoretical analysis and the test that the quality of the coding scheme is satisfactory ,and the coding method also has the advantages of simplicity and better ability of resisting channel errors. It is of great practical value and worthy of researching. |
