| 摘 要： | 利用SAP(systems applications and products in data processing,企业管理解决方案)提供的批次管理功能对石油钢管制造企业业务流程进行了剖析,并通过应用实例阐述了石油钢管企业在卷板、钢管以及副产品管理中实施批次管理的过程和关键技术。同时针对系统实施过程中出现的问题,提出了解决方案。对同类企业实施ERP(enterprise resource planning,企业资源规划),促进企业精细化管理过程具有借鉴意义。
