| 摘 要： | 目的论述病案在举证倒置法律中的重要性。方法通过比较2002年以前患办提供的证据与2002年4月1日以后的病案证据指明强化病案管理的重要意义。结果强化病案管理对举证责任倒置具有重要价值。结论强化病案管理，是举证责任倒置，减少医疗纠纷，加强医务人员自身保护意义的主要前提。
