| 摘 要： | 体育彩票在我国已发行10年,走的是先发行,后立法的道路。与体育彩票发达的国家相比,在建立规范管理体育彩票的法律、法规等方面相对滞后,这与体育彩票产业化的发展极不相称。鉴于此,运用文献资料、专家访问等研究方法,列举了世界部分发达国家体育彩票的立法情况,分析了我国体育彩票法规现状,论证了我国体育彩票立法的必要性和紧迫性,并就体育彩票立法时应注意的问题提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | This study examined the sport lottery legislation in developed countries and investigated the viability of establishing it in China. It argued the necessity and urgency for introducing legislation for sport lottery in China with reference to current literature and the views of experts. It proposed some strategies for the introduction of sports lottery legislation. |
