蓄热式换热器的优化设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的蓄热式换热器优化设计方法。该方法以换热器直径、蓄热部分的长度、冷(热)流体的流通面积比、转子的转速及烟气出口平均温度6个独立变量作为优化设计变量,考虑了由技术条件限制的工艺和结构约束,将换热设备的年运行费用作为寻优目标函数,运用改进遗传算法求解。优化结果表明,换热器的年成本有了明显的降低。

Abstract:An optimum design was proposed of the regenerative heat exchangers based on improved genetic algorithm.The six dependent variables,i.e.,the diameter,length of thermal storage part,flow area ratio of cold and hot fluids,rotor velocity,and average temperature at the outlet of flue gas of the heat exchangers,were taken as optimum design variables,the annual operating cost of the heat exchanger was taken as optimizing-target function,and it was solved using improved genetic algorithm considering the technology limited by technical conditions and structure restriction.The optimum result shows that the annual cost of the heat exchanger was evidently decreased.
