基于BP神经网络整定的PID温度控制

摘    要:展示了一种基于BP神经网络的PID控制器,利用神经网络的自学习特性,将神经网络与PID控制方法相结合,采用3层前向网络,动态BP算法,实现对温度控制系统的在线智能控制,显示了BP神经网络PID控制方法很强的鲁棒性,同时也显示了神经网络在解决高度非线性和严重不确定系统方面的能力.仿真结果表明,此种PID在温度控制中能够取得较满意的效果.

Abstract:A PID controller based on BP neural networks is showed.The self-learning capability of the neural network is used to combine the neural network with PID control method.The dynamic BP algorithms of three-layer forward networks achieves the online real-time intelligent temperature control,which displays the robustness of the PID control based on BP neural networks and the capability to deal with nonlinear and uncertain system.The simulation result indicates that this PID system has a satisfied effect in temperature control.
