| 摘 要： | 目的了解杭州市养老机构入住老人情况，为养老机构的进一步完善提供依据。方法通过问卷的方式对杭州市6所养老机构的120位老人进行基本情况、慢性病、生活自理能力以及服务满意度的调查。结果人住老人80岁以上占66．7％；丧偶占75．8％；入住费用由老人自己支付占69．2％；患有慢性疾病的占87．5％；日常生活活动能力明显障碍占57．5％，日常生活活动能力男女之间没有差异（P〉0．05）；对各项服务的满意程度均在78％以上。结论养老机构以80岁以上、丧偶、有独立经济来源、患有慢性疾病、自理能力明显障碍的老人为主，其对养老机构各项服务的满意程度较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the status of old persons who lived in rest homes in Hangzhou City and to provide a scientific evidence for further improving. Methods 120 old people from 6 rest homes were investigated through the questionnaires. Results The elderly over the age of 80 accounted for 66.7%,widowed accounted for 75.8%,the cost paid by the elderly themselves accounted for 69.2%,87.5% suffering from chronic diseases,58.3% dysfunction.There was no significant difference in ADL between men and women(P>0.05).More... |
