| 摘 要： | 采用孢子萌发法,测定8种杀菌剂对橡胶炭疽病原菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.Sace孢子萌发的抑制活性.结果表明:保护性杀菌剂对孢子萌发抑制效果较为理想,其中以百菌清抑制活性最高;内吸性杀菌剂对孢子萌发抑制效果不如保护性药剂,对菌株孢子萌发的抑制效果大小顺序为抑霉唑＞嘧菌酯＞咪鲜胺＞多菌灵＞戊唑醇.供试4个菌株对杀菌剂的敏感性存在较大的差异,其中以菌株RCl4最不敏感,菌株RC244最敏感.

| Abstract: | Eight fungicides against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.Sace were studied with the method of the germination of spores.The results showed that the unsystemic fungicides had good inhibition of germination of spores and chlorthalonil was the most effective.The inhibitory effect of systemic fungicides was less than unsystemic fungicides and imazolil was the most effective against pathogens,followed by azoxystrobin,prochloraz,carbendazim and tebuconazole.The sensitivity of 4 strains to fungicide was differ... |
