摘    要: 彭庄煤矿副井马头门在施工中发生较大变形甚至大范围冒顶,通过对马头门的破坏分析,根据已有的工程加固治理经验,结合国内外先进的支护经验,研究并提出彭庄煤矿副井马头门加固技术方案和施工方案。马头门施工完成后,围岩稳定,无明显变形,随后进行收敛变形测试,马头门两帮和顶底板总的变形量分别为4mm和5mm,有效的提高了马头门及其相连井筒、管子道支护结构的整体性和承载能力,控制住了围岩的变形,保证了巷道的长期稳定。
