煤矿井下救生舱舱体结构设计与分析

摘    要:阐述了煤矿井下救生舱的国内外研究现状,并在分析国内煤矿井下工作环境的基础上进行了救生舱舱体的基本结构设计,通过有限元仿真软件ANSYS Workbench对舱体进行了静载分析,讨论了救生舱舱体的基本结构形式,为救生舱的研发提供了一定的参考依据,并提出今后救生舱舱体的设计急需解决的问题。

Abstract:The current research status of refuge chamber used in underground coal mine was introduced.And the structure of refuge chamber shell was designed based on the analysis of the working condition in domestic underground coal mine.The static structural analysis of shell was performed by the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench.The basic structure type of refuge chamber shell and it provided some foundation reference for the structure design were discussed.Also some problems demanding urgent soluti...
