环空压裂专用悬挂器的研制与应用

摘    要:为了减轻油气井压裂后对地层的污染并降低作业成本,研制了高强度环空压裂专用悬挂器。该产品重点改进了常规油管悬挂器的下部接头,设计了耐磨短节,耐磨短节加厚加长,在耐磨短节外面包裹1层缓冲胶套。环空压裂专用悬挂器在吐哈油田现场应用表明,该悬挂器减轻了修井液对地层的污染,实现了压裂、排液、冲砂和生产管柱一体化,作业周期平均单井缩短18.5h,每井次减少作业费用8.6万元,获得了良好的经济效益,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Development and application of the hanger specially used for annulus fracturing
Abstract:To reduce the pollution of the oil-gas well towards the bottom after its fracturing and decrease the operation costs,the hanger specially used for annulus feeding fracturing was developed. The design of the hanger focused on the improvement of its lower joint. The short wear-resisting section was designed. The section was thickened and lengthened. The outside of the section was wrapped by a layer of cushioning rubber jacket. The application of the hanger in the Tuha Oilfield shows that the pollution of the workover fluid towards the well bottom was reduced,the average operation cycle was shortened by 18.5 hours,the operation costs of eighty-six thousand yuan RMB per well-time was saved and good economic benefits were obtained. The hanger is well worth spreading and applying.
