非导电工程陶瓷电火花磨削热量分配模型

摘    要:对非导电工程陶瓷加工新技术——双电极同步伺服跟踪电火花磨削加工(EDGSSDE)中产生的热量进行了分析,建立了EDGSSDE的热源模型和热量在非导电工程陶瓷、金属结合剂砂轮、磨屑和工作液间的分配模型,并进行了数值计算。计算结果表明,热量在金属结合剂砂轮和工作液间的分配随着加工深度的增加而逐渐减小,热量在非导电工程陶瓷间的分配随着加工深度的增加而逐渐增大,热量在磨屑间的分配比很小,且随着加工深度的增加变化不大。加工中工作液和砂轮带走大部分的热量。

Abstract:The heat partition in electrical discharge grinding with synchronous servo double electrodes(EDGSSDE) for non-conductive engineering ceramics was investigated.The models of heat partition to non-conductive engineering ceramics,metal bonded wheel,grit and working fluid during machining were established and numerical calculation was carried on.The results indicate that heat partition ratios to metal bonded wheel and working fluid decrease with the increase of slenderness ration and take most of the heat away from machining zone.The heat partition ratio to non-conductive engineering ceramics increases when slenderness ration increases.The heat partition ratio to grit is negligible,only about 1%-2%.The theoretical calculations agree with the experimental data.
