高校教师薪酬激励机制研究——以浙江高校为例

摘    要:在高等教育快速发展的今天,高校为切实履行人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的三大职能,如何调动教师的工作积极性和主动性显得尤为重要。通过对浙江省高校教师的薪酬总体水平、薪酬结构、薪酬模式等现状分析,提出提高薪酬总体水平,优化结构,丰富内在薪酬内容等措施,提高教师工作满意度。
