| 摘 要： | 根据绿色制造的理念，分析了对切削液技术的新要求，探讨了绿色(环保)切削液的发展趋势。提出了研发新型切削液的评价指标要求。倡导在金属切削液中限制使用对生态和人体有害的添加剂，建议使用硼酸脂(盐)、钼酸盐等绿色环保型添加剂。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of green manufacturing,this paper analyzes the new demands for cutting liquid technology in the 21st century,inquires into the developing tendency of green (environmental protection) cutting liquid and puts forward the evaluation target requirement for research and development of a new type cutting liquid,suggests not to use additives which are harmful to ecology and human,to spread the use of green environmental protection additives such as borate and molybdate. |
