| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康教育对长期鼻饲患者的家庭照顾者相关知识和技能的影响.方法 抽取32例长期鼻饲患者的家庭照顾者,就鼻饲相关知识和操作技能掌握情况,做出系统的健康教育计划并进行实施,实施后对照顾者进行问卷调查、技能考核,并观察鼻饲情况,比较实施前后照顾者对鼻饲护理知识的知晓情况.结果 培训后照顾者对鼻饲相关知识的知晓情况及操作技能明显提高(p＜0.05).结论 实施健康教育能保证长期鼻饲患者的安全,缩短患者住院时间,提高鼻饲患者的生活质量.
