摘 要: | 目的探讨检测尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、免疫球蛋白(IgG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平与不同病程2型糖尿病患者肾脏损害的相关性及对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法选取120例2型糖尿病患者,按病程分组,A组病程1~7年,40例;B组病程8~14年,42例;C组病程15~20年,38例。选取65例体检健康职工为对照组。比较各组对象尿mALB、β2-MG、IgG、RBP水平。结果糖尿病组与对照组比较,尿mALB、β2-MG、IgG、RBP水平均明显升高,且与病程正相关。结论联合检测尿mALB、β2-MG、IgG、RBP对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断及防治具有重要临床意义。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between level of microalbumin albumin (mALB), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), immune globulin (IgG) and retinol binding protein (RBP)and the kidney damage to different duration of type 2 diabetes patients. To investigate evaluation of the diagnostic value of early diabetic nephropathy . Methods One hundred and twenty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into three groups based on the course of the disease, 40 cases in group A: disease course was 1 to 7 years; 42 cases in group B, disease course was 8 to 14 years; 38 cases in group C, disease course was 15 to 20 years. 65 health workers who take physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. The urine mALB, β2-MG, IgG, RBP level of each group were compared. Results Compared with control group, diabetic group's urine of mALB, β2-MG, IgG and RBP significantly increased, and there was a positive correlation with the disease course. Conclusion The combined determination of urine of mALB, β2-MG, IgG and RBP has important clinical significance in diagnosis and prevention of early diabetic nephropathy. |
