纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿顽固性肺部感染的护理方法及效果

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿顽固性肺部感染的护理方法，并分析其效果。方法选择60例患儿，随机均分为两组，观察组实施护理干预，对照组实施常规心理护理、术后护送患者等。比较两组患者术中生命体征情况以及发生的并发症。结果观察组术中血氧饱和度均维持在95．0％以上，且显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），心率则慢于对照组（P〈0．05），平均动脉压低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组发生术前患儿及其家属临时拒绝操作、术中严重缺氧、术中支气管痉挛以及术后黏膜出血的比例均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论有效的护理干预能更好地保证纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术中患儿的生命体征，减少并发症的发生，值得临床重视。

Nursing method and effect of fiber bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage for intractable pediatric pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect of fiber bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage for intractable pediatric pulmonary infection. Methods Sixty cases of children with intractable pediatric pulmonary infec- tion were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were used the research methods of this article, the control group were used psychological nursing, such as postoperative escorted and mental nursing, then patients/ vital signs and complications were compared with the two groups. Results The oxygen saturation in observation group was maintained at more than 95.0%, and it was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the heart rate was slower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the mean arterial pressure was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group occurred temporarily refused operation with preoperative children and their parents, intraoperative severe hypoxia, intraoperative bronchospasm and postoperative mucosal bleeding rates were lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing interventions can better guarantee the bronchoscopic bronchoalveo- lar lavage for children with vital signs and reduce complication, so it is worth the clinical value.
