高固含量聚合物多元醇的合成研究

摘    要:采用本体聚合法,选用聚醚3031K,以异丙醇-十二烷基硫醇为复合链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈为聚合引发剂,分散聚合不饱和乙烯基单体得到了固含量大于45%的聚合物多元醇。并对聚合物多元醇合成中的主要影响因素进行了探讨。适宜的反应条件为:反应温度110-120℃,反应时间1.5-2h,w(聚合引发剂)=0.3%-0.5%,w(链转移剂)=2.4%-3.2%,w(稳定剂)=2.0%-3.0%,加料速度1g/min。

Abstract:The polymer polyols with 45% solid content was synthesized by bulk polymerization of vinyl unsaturated monomers with 3031K as base polyether polyols, self-made stabilizer, isopropanol-dode-candthiol as chain transfer agent, azobis(isobutyronitrile) as initiator. The main influential factors on the preparation of high solid content polymer-polyols were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 110-120℃; reaction timel. 5-2 h; concentration of the polymerization initiator 0. 3%-0. 5% , chain transfer agent 2. 4%-3. 2% , stabilizer 2. 0%-3. 0% ; and the feed velocity is 1 g/min.
