电力系统监控视频传输速率自适应控制设计

摘    要:为解决电力系统视频监控工程领域的实际技术问题,提出一种电力系统监控实时视频传输速率的自适应控制方案。系统可以根据网络传输时间、传输延迟和数据包丢失率等参数对网络拥塞状况进行监测,并按照传输速率自适应控制的一定算法动态地调整视频发送端的输出速率,具有一定的鲁棒性,从而改善视频输出质量。经实验测试,该系统在减小视频数据包丢失率、提高网络带宽利用率和避免网络拥塞等方面,具有良好的对比效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the practical technology problems in the field of electric power video monitoring engineering,a real-time video transmission rate adaptive control programming in electric power monitoring system is introduced in this paper.The system can monitor network congestion status according to the parameters such as network transmission time,transmission delay and data packet loss rate,and dynamically adjust the output rate of the video transmitter according to a certain algorithm of transmission rate adaptive control.It has a certain robustness,and can improve the quality of video output.Experimental test results show that the contrast effect is better in reducing video packet loss rate,improving network bandwidth utilization and avoiding network congestion.
