摘    要:针对混流式水轮机转轮在服役过程中出现裂纹的情况,利用数值模拟技术研究了局部加热法对转轮焊接残余应力的影响,得到了叶片危险区域的焊接应力在局部加热过程中的变化情况以及转轮局部加热的优化方案.结果表明,局部加热法在增加了加热区域焊接残余拉应力的同时,大大降低了叶片危险区域焊接残余拉应力峰值.在局部加热的过程中,叶片危险区域...
